Being the “Housing Laboratory”, Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has been serving the needs of the Hong Kong community in housing and related services since 1948. As a socially aware organisation, we attach great importance to the sustainable development of the city, and that drives us to undertake various projects and initiatives to protect the environment and build a caring community.

As HKHS reached the 70 year milestone, we have devised an integrated celebratory plan to engage our different stakeholders, strengthen our corporate image, and at the same time let known our corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Themed “Create Homes • Revive Communities 创宜居.活社区”, the campaign told the journey of HKHS as part of Hong Kong’s housing history. Through a yearlong series of community engagement activities, publicity and outreach events, we aimed to strengthen our relationships with stakeholder groups including our residents, Members and staff of HKHS, Government counterparts, business partners and industry peers.

At the same time, the campaign acted as a reminder to the general public of HKHS’s contribution in building a sustainable city over the past seven decades, strengthening our brand and unique role as Hong Kong’s “Housing Laboratory”.
